Property sales for the Naples Florida area continue their nice and steady increase compared to previous months.
The best early indication of what to expect in the Naples Florida real estate market in the next few months is by viewing the "Pending" contracts that are waiting to be closed. (shown in the Chart) For those buyers who are still waiting for signs of when to buy, this may be the best indicator to use. In addition, the number of new properties going onto the market is also another usefully indication. There were 1,026 less new properties going on the market in Q1 of 2007 compared to the same period in 2006. (6,222 new listings first quarter of 2007 compared to 7,248 in 2006.)
